A progressive Public Sector Organization is inviting applications from qualified, competent, and dedicated professionals to fill multiple vacancies across technical, scientific, and administrative domains. These positions are ideal for individuals who are ready to work in a challenging, research-based environment and contribute to national development. Positions are available for Assistant Managers in various engineering fields including Mechanical, Aerospace, Software, and Electronics. Candidates must possess a BE or B.Sc Engineering degree with First Division in the relevant field. For software roles, a degree in Software or Computer Engineering or a Master’s in Computer Science is acceptable, whereas for electronics, candidates should have a background in Electronics, Telecom, or Communication Engineering. While experience is not mandatory, candidates with practical or project-based experience in related areas such as system software development or RF system design will be preferred.

Similarly, the organization is seeking Assistant Managers in Chemistry and Analytical Chemistry, requiring an M.Sc or equivalent degree in the relevant field with a First Division. Candidates with experience in organic synthesis, spectroscopy, chromatography, or mass spectrometry will be given preference. The position of Pharmacist is also available for those with either a B.Pharm (4-year course after F.Sc) or D.Pharm degree, both requiring First Division. A minimum of two years of experience for B.Pharm holders and one year for D.Pharm is required, preferably in pharmaceutical production, clinical trials, and patent licensing.

There are several technical posts open as well. Junior Chargeman positions are available in the fields of Mechanical, Electrical, and HVAC for candidates holding a 3-year DAE diploma in the respective discipline with a First Division. The post of Scientific Assistant-I (Chemistry) is open for candidates with a B.Sc in Chemistry (First Division), preferably with laboratory experience. Junior Computer Operator positions are available for those with F.Sc/F.A (First Division) plus a six-month computer application course or a Computer Science background, with a typing speed of 10,000 key depressions per hour. Experience in office work or process automation will be a plus.

In the skilled category, the organization is hiring Tech-III staff including Machinists (CNC), Turners (CNC), and Welders. Candidates must have Matric with Science (minimum Second Division) and a one-year technical course, along with 5–6 years of workshop experience in the relevant trade. For field operations, the position of Special Vehicle Operator-III (Excavator Operator) requires Matric with a valid HTV civil driving license and 3 years of practical experience in construction-related work. Ex-servicemen with TT Class-II training are also eligible. Similarly, Driver positions are open for candidates with a Matric qualification and valid LTV and HTV licenses along with 3 years of experience in reputed organizations.

Applicants must fall within the age range of 18–35 years, although age relaxation is allowed based on experience or skills as per rules. Only Pakistani citizens are eligible to apply; dual nationals or those married to foreign nationals are not eligible. Academic qualifications must include at least First Division in the final degree, and only one Second Division is allowed throughout the academic career (except for SVO and Driver posts). No Third Division is acceptable in any academic record. All degrees and certificates must be obtained from institutions recognized by HEC or PEC.

Candidates who are already employed in government or semi-government departments must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective departments at the time of the test or interview. Employment will be offered under the Contributory Pension Fund (CPF)/Provident Fund (PF) Scheme as per the latest government policies. While most posts are based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad, Pharmacist and Chargeman positions (Sr. 3 & 4) are reserved for Karachi. However, the organization reserves the right to post selected candidates anywhere in Pakistan or abroad, depending on operational needs.
