The National Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism Authority (NACAA) is a federal regulatory body established by the Government of Pakistan in 2023, through the National Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism Authority Act, 2023. Its headquarters is located in Islamabad.
The Authority was created in line with Pakistan’s commitments to strengthen its compliance with the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) requirements and to combat financial crimes, money laundering, and terror financing at the national level.
